WordPress for Blackberry!

Oh you know you’re addicted to your BB don’t you…you want to make it this incredibly efficient, do it all tool that let’s you…well, do it all!

Well, here’s an app you might be interested in if you are a blogger, specifically a WordPress blogger.  (This post isn’t meant to review the app – just a little “heads up” on what’s out there…I’ll let you investigate all the features and goodies that exist).  This little app allows you to post, update, respond to comments, add/resize images and more!  It’s called quite simply, WordPress for Blackberry!

I added this little app the other day and it installed quickly with no issues.  I was able to successfully add the Blackberry category to my blog using it and I began an article for the Blackberry category – but I didn’t save it duh.

I was able to add a few WordPress.com blogs that I have and this allows me to now update posts, add new pages, check on my comments and a lot of things that otherwise I’d have to sit in front of the computer to accomplish.

This is blogging on the go and although it isn’t as quick to do as it might be via the admin area – at least not initially, it is still very easy to work with.

You simply need to set up your log-in information for the blog you wish to add and once it connects, you are offered a number of options and features that will make you a real blogger on the run!  I haven’t accomplished getting my theme to show though so I think this is one of the drawbacks, but it’s something that you can certainly live with.

Never miss a comment posted to your blog, get rid of all the spam posts and do a lot more – never know, you might actually be able to keep up with all the updates you’ve been meaning to do but just never got around to – while at the Dr. office, Dentist, bank…but of course we all know  – Driving and Blogging  still won’t mix.
